We build this for ourselves first
TBOmedia is a small team in Spain that builds AI systems for other companies and runs the same systems on its own work.
That order matters. Everything we recommend has already been through a stretch where it was our problem when it broke. Ideas that only work in a proposal don't survive that, so they never reach you.
We're not a reseller. We don't have a platform to put you on, and there's no dashboard with our name on it that you'd be renting. When the right answer is a tool you already own, we'll say so, even though that's a smaller invoice.
How we work
Deleting beats adding
The first move is almost always removing something, not installing something. Fewer tools, less context, fewer steps that can drift.
Structure beats a smarter model
Reliability comes from memory, defined steps and workflows that don't improvise. Upgrading the model is the expensive way to paper over a structural problem.
A number needs a baseline
We publish percentages with the thing they were measured against. A figure without a baseline is decoration, and we won't put one on this site.
You should be able to fire us
Work runs in your accounts, in your repo, documented for your team. If leaving us is hard, we built it wrong.
We say no
Some setups don't need what we sell. Telling you that costs us one invoice and saves you several.
