Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 August 2026
This page explains what happens to your personal data when you use tbomedia.es or contact us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. We hold your data only when you send it to us, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Who is responsible for your data
TBOmedia, trading as tbomedia.es, is the data controller. We are based in Spain.
For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete your data, write to info@tbomedia.es. A person reads that address.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on any page of this site.
Our host records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
When you book a call
The booking page holds the Google Calendar scheduler behind a button. Nothing reaches Google until you press it. Once you do, loading the scheduler shares your IP address and browser details with Google and lets Google set cookies on your device.
If you go on to book, Google passes us the name, email address and any note you typed into the booking. We use that to hold the call and to reply to you.
Your consent, given by pressing the button, is the legal basis. So is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started.
When you email us
We keep the message and your address so we can reply and so we have a record of what was agreed. Our mail runs on Google Workspace.
Marketing emails and calls
If you give us your email address or phone number and agree to hear from us, we may send you occasional emails about our work and may call you about the enquiry you made.
The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time, with no explanation and no effect on anything else. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to info@tbomedia.es and say stop. We act on that request the same working day where we can.
We do not sell your details, rent them out or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else processes your data
These are the only third parties involved, and each one only sees what its job needs:
- Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps the server logs described above.
- Google, through Google Workspace for our email and Google Calendar for bookings.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of those providers are based in the United States or process data there. Where that happens the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the provider.
How long we keep things
Enquiry emails and booking records: while we are in contact and for 2 years after the last message, then deleted.
Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the fact that you opted out, so we do not contact you again by mistake.
Records tied to paid work: as long as Spanish accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use or ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@tbomedia.es and we will answer within 1 month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, at aepd.es. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We do not quietly widen what we collect.
