Information about what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote or a commitment to work with you. No price is fixed by anything you read here.

The write-ups describe systems we built and what we learned running them. They are accounts of specific setups, not a promise that the same result is available to you.

Nothing here is legal, financial or compliance advice. Decisions about your own systems are yours, and you should take proper advice where the stakes call for it.

You can book an introductory call through the site. It is free, it commits neither side to anything and either side can cancel or move it.

Book in good faith. Repeated no-shows or bookings made to sell to us are reason enough for us to decline further ones.

Any paid engagement is agreed in a separate written proposal covering scope, price, timing and what happens if either side wants out. That document governs the work. These terms do not.

The text, code samples, diagrams and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution and link to them. Republishing a page as your own, or feeding the site wholesale into a product you sell, is not covered by that.

We keep the site correct and current as best we can, and we date the things that go stale. Even so it may contain errors, and we do not guarantee the site is always reachable.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.

We are liable for what the law does not let us exclude, including death, personal injury and our own fraud. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss you suffer from relying on information published on this site.

Liability for paid work is dealt with in the proposal for that work, not here.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Spanish law governs these terms and disputes go to the Spanish courts. If you are a consumer, that does not take away your right to bring a claim where you live.
