We run courses at every level. A team that has never opened an AI tool starts at the beginning, and a team already shipping agents starts where they are. Same trainers, different starting line.
Most AI training teaches people to write better prompts. That helps for about a week. What lasts is knowing how to structure context and when to make something deterministic instead of asking a model at all. Then knowing how to tell a good result from a lucky one.
We run the sessions on your own work, with your problems. People leave having built something that still works on Monday.
What the training covers
- Claude Code day to day: what it does well and where it needs guardrails
- Context engineering: tiering instructions so the model reads what applies and nothing else
- Memory and skills, so knowledge lives in the system instead of in one person
- Making workflows repeatable and spotting the parts that should never be left to a model
- Debugging a bad answer instead of rerolling it
- A written set of working rules your team keeps and maintains

Hands on keyboards, building against your real repository and your real constraints.

The working rules and structure built during the sessions stay in your repo, maintained by your team.
Questions about training
How many people can attend?
Up to 8 works well hands on. Past that, people stop typing and start watching, which defeats the point.
Do you run it remotely?
Yes. Most of it already is. In person works too if you are in Spain.
How technical does the team need to be?
Anyone comfortable in a terminal and a git repo will keep up. Non-developers get more out of the audit than the training.
What if we need help afterwards?
You can call us. But the training is a success only if you don't need to, so we build it that way.
